Founded in 1985 by high school DJ Ralph Alvarez, Interface Sound and Production began as a passion-driven venture delivering high-end audio for school events and local gatherings. Known for his exceptional sound quality and ability to energize large spaces, Ralph quickly became the go-to DJ for high school soc-hops and dances throughout the community.
 

Later that same year, a local high school rock band approached Ralph to provide sound reinforcement for a homecoming performance. Recognizing the opportunity, he expanded beyond DJ services and successfully executed the event—marking the beginning of Interface Sound and Production's evolution into a full-service audio and lighting provider.
 

Soon thereafter, Interface established itself as a trusted audio company in South Florida, supporting bands, venues, corporations, and festivals with professional-grade sound solutions. As demand grew, the company continually reinvested in advanced equipment, staying aligned with emerging technologies and industry standards it demonstrates today.
